Class FAQ
What is the class time?
Our Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, Drupal class are one day, all day class or it can be a night class which will be split into two nights. The day class is composed of a morning session that start from 10am to 1pm. There will be a one hour lunch break. The afternoon session goes from 3pm to 5pm. Night classes are usually divided into two sessions, usually once a week for two weeks. Night class schedule is from 7pm to 10pm.
Our Photoshop class is a two day (12 hrs) class which follows the same day schedule.

Who need to learn Adobe software?
There is a digital revolution going on right now at in the imaging, print, and graphic workspace. More and more of the today"s work are being done in digital format. Whether you are a professional photographer, a graphic artist, a print specialist, or just a hobbyist, you cannot escape the digital age. You will need to know what to do with digital media. The de facto standard programs are Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat, etc. If you are going to invest your time and money in learning how to fit in this digital age, you should spend it on the most widely used and accepted program.
What do I need to bring to class?
In our classroom, we have computers here for hands on training. You are also welcome to bring your own laptop if you wish.
What computers do you have in your classroom?
We use both PC’s and Mac's here. You can choose the platform that is most comfortable for you. The interface and the workings of the Adobe program is the same, regardless whether you are using a Mac or PC with some minor difference in keyboard terms
Do I get a certificate?
Upon the completion of the class, we will issue you a certificate of completion in print and/or pdf format to show that you have successfully finished the class.
What happens if I miss a session?
There are classes being offered continuously. If you miss a session, just come by when the same session is being taught and make up the class at any time.
How do I find out more information about your classes?
You can download a syllabus of the class that you are interested in at our web site. You can also find out what time are the classes being scheduled and additional information about our company.
What type of teaching method is being used in your classes?
Our classes are hands on training with our certified instructor where we are going to show and tell you what to do, how to do it, and why you want to do it that way. Any time in class, you can ask any questions at any time during class.
What are the qualifications of the instructor?
Our instructor is Adobe Certified Instructor and has extensive experience in using the program and practical applications in the real world. Our location is an Adobe Certified Training Center.
Do you have parking?
We are located in a strip mall with shared parking with other business here. Parking is basically a first come first serve type basis. If the parking in the strip mall is full, there should be plenty of street parking around. You can also park in the Bank of America lot next to us which they will charge you.
Payment FAQ
We do not keep any financial information in our web site. When you sign up for a class, the payments by credit card is processsed through Google Checkout or PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order for you to sign up for our classes using credit card. They are responsible for processing all the financial transaction.
Privacy FAQ
We also do not give out our student's private information. The only email you will get from us are the ones pertaining to your class registration. No other company will have access to your email or record here. Your privacy is fully protected here.
Refund FAQ
If you have signed up for a class and had paid for it, and if you cannot attend the class for some reasons, your enrollment fee will be refunded or credited back to your credit card as long as you let us know at least 3 days before the class scheduled to take place. There will be no refund after that time, but your registration can still be applied to another class at a later date.
